ORDERING

Ordering from CLEARCLINICAL.com is simple and convenient. Take your time browsing through the site’s many offerings. After selecting your product, click on “ADD TO CART” to place the product in your Shopping Cart. Repeat this step for all the products you wish to purchase. When you’re finished, simply click on “CHECKOUT.” At this point, you’ll be able to increase or decrease the quantity of each item selected or remove any unwanted items. Once everything is correct, either login using your user name and password or register with us so we may process your orders easier. Follow the prompts as to the shipping and billing options you prefer, enter your credit card info and submit your order. Please note that your credit card may not show the charge until your order has shipped.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours (business days only) of your order being approved. If an order requires a communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or phone). CLEARCLINICAL.com regrets that it cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 24 to 72 hours of the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Priority Orders (next day, 2nd and 3rd day orders) will be shipped the same day if processed and finalized by 2pm, Eastern Standard Time.

SALES TAX

CLEARCLINICAL.com collects the appropriate sales tax for all orders shipped.

RETURN POLICY

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 416-924-1112.

Returns or exchanges for purchases made in a department store, partnered retail store, spa or any other website may not be returned to www.clearclinical.com. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through www.clearclinical.com please return it to the place of purchase for resolution.
